Need Some help regrading designing jsp site

Hi Guys.

I have to build a Call management system website in jsp. Its a helpdesk system of a company. the company is not live, i mean its a part of the project work. so guys i need ur help as i have less knowledge of HTML bt basics i know. so i have to design a good interface of the website with site map etc.

in that website customers can log their complaints regarding products and admin can see all the cases which are filled and unfilled cases etc.

So plz guys suggest me a good interface i.e. webpages for that plz !!

If your doing presentation layer only you should play around with css and form layouts. For the back end and processing of records you should get familiar with databases and MVC pattern.
