Hi, I'm 15 years old and I want to be a web designer in the future. I made this website, and it also has my other websites I made in the portfolio page. I know it's probably not the greatest, because I haven't had any training, I just kinda taught myself. Please suggest ways to improve this site. I can't get a domain name or anything because the website is just for fun. Please if you have any comments, please tell me so I can hopefully become a better web designer. The adress is whenigrowup.webdesign.50webs.com

You have talent!
Considering your young and just starting out, your sites definately show potential. Impressive eye for design, the balance of colours and the attributes of the websites in your folio are good.
Good Points:
You have an eye for graphics and colour. Everything looks good, and although the images themselves are not 'photo finish' perfectly crisp, they are used in the right way and positioned well.
You clearly have passion, hold on to it!
Improvements:
Avoid table layouts as much as you can, and try to use CSS for positioning. It's much more accessibility friendly.
Clean up your CSS file, a lot of it is clearly copied so just neaten it out and add a bit more spacing to make it easier to edit.
Nice websites. Very clean and user-friendly. The graphic parts need refinement, like the buttons, frames, etc., but overall it's great. Very "academic" looking. :)

I like it! You did a great job on that site, and I can tell you worked hard on it.
However, I ran your site through the W3Schools validation program, and it said that you forgot to add a the "type" attribute to your <script> tag. Other than that, you did a great job. Keep up the good work. :)

If you're really that young, then I've got nothing to add to what Haze1434 said.
You sure got talent, with some hard work you could become great web designer ;d
Just don't become too confident, talent doesn't make you good at something without any effort.

I think you're off to a great start. Just remain hungry for more knowledge and you'll get there.
Also try to stick to the latest standards. That way whatever you build should have some staying power.
Good luck!
