I signed up for the service a few weeks ago and noticed a single hit on my page in the summary report. I figured that was me. I'm still working on the page so I'm pretty sure no one has visited it, but now it says -0% in the unique hits. I've restarted the tracker and customer support never got back to me. Any idea what the problem might be?
