The site has sporadic speed. It took about 40 seconds for it to come up last night, then came up instantly earlier today, now is back to being somewhat slow. As for a quick critique, i feel the header vertical spacing is too large considering you have a tiny logo up there. I'd shorten the spacing to make it more compact.
You have brochure mistyped "borchure" under your services section. Also under the services tab you have "OOPS" listed as one of your skills... now perhaps i am missing something but what is "OOPS"? Do you mean Object Oriented Programming (doubtful that you mean linux kernel's fatal error printout)? If so what is that extra S for? Not to mention you may want to break it down further for your clients, only a programmer would know that OOP means object oriented programming.
You may also want to have someone go over your writing. For the most part it is clear, but some things come off as a little odd sounding or choppy, like:
"Work like your own developer, not businessmen"
Also under your testimonials i'd would strip out the beginning portions as they come off as sounding odd and fake like, "Hello World", "To Whom it may concern", "All the best, kind regards"...etc. Testimonials are more informal and trying to sound that formal comes off as sounding weird.
Next is a usability thing. A tab nav design works well when the currently selected tab is highlighted, which is done on your site for all pages... but the home page. If you're on the home page the tab is not selected, causing me some confusion as to where i was. I was at the home page, but i can't tell by looking at the tab and the page has the heading "About", which further throws me off as to where i am.
And lastly i think you should host your portfolio images yourself. It throws you off when you're taken to a different site entirely to view the portfolio images from your site.
On a more personal note, i often am wary of developers who use pure stock templates for their own site. You may want to develop your own template or alter your existing one enough to be considered your own design/work, as it is, it is almost a carbon copy of the theme:
