Drop down list on navigation bar

I'm trying to figure out how to make it so when you mouse over "Information" on the navigation bar two more options will show up directly below...how do I do this?

if you don't know Javascript AND already use Flash - why not do top menu in Flash and add a simple frame action on rollOver?
