How do I build on-line virtual school?

Im a web designer/developer. My client wants to offer online classes ( virtual classroom) for 15 subjects for grades 6-12. I need to find some sort of pre-made courses that would be autonomous and would test the students automatically, without needing a teacher or anyone.
