Entertainment PR 3 Site Need Review

I just setup this site which works automatically and need some more suggestion on how to make it looks interesting and reliable to visitors.

Not sure if your sites been hacked or if you have a bad ad partner but there are a few issues with your site. First off, with javascript enabled the site takes ages to load, with it disabled it loads a lot faster (though still slow by any standard). On top of that i get javascript redirected randomly to some random sites.
So, to start i'd recommend finding out what is causing the redirects (i'd gather the same javascript that is slowing the site load) and fix that. After that's done i'd recommend moving any javascript to the bottom of the page, having any .js files any where else is just bad practice as all other site loading is halted during their download.
For everyone else i'd recommend not visiting his site (sorry) as there is some fishy stuff going on.
