Javascript Form Output Help

Need to create a form that displays the output on a number plate image as shown at illegalplates.co.uk (design your plate link)

Looking for some help on this for a new dummie to javascript or a link to a tutorial that could help me create it.

Do you just need the background image (http://www.illegalplates.co.uk/plates/yellow.png) so you can put something over it or am I missing something?

No, I need to create a script so that when you punch in text, or change the font on the form it shows on the number plate image.
