I have installed Windows 2000 Server and there is something strange in the installation result. When I start the pc machine appears a black screen before entering in an operative system, this screen asks me if I want to start with my old Windows 98 or Windows 2000 Server. Any I choose it the folders in the hard disk are the same, but I must install the programs another time in Windows 2000 S.
When I installed Windows 2000 Server I chose the 'FAT32' system instead of 'NTFS' because I need to work with other operative systems like 'MS-dos', and with 'NTFS' system is not possible.
My question is: Having two operative systems (windows 98 and 2000) with duplicate programs, does my pc more inefficient? What are the consequences?

Thanks,

in reality no consequences, because both OS's do not share their installed programs and they both will not run simulataneously.
