I couldn't see where they offer MySQL DBs. Just access (ugh).

edit - Anyway, Google (http://www.google.com/search?q=free+mysql+hosting&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8) showed me this (http://free-php.cjb.net/). You could try looking there.

ebay, maybe. Is your internet connection speed fast enough to handle that? If you just want it for a personal server, you could use your PC. I have a server running on mine, with a DSL connection. All I really use it for is to be able to show my clients my work before I finalize anything.
