mail servers

does any1 know any good personal mail servers? i'm hosting my own site and am using abyss 1.0 as my prsonal web server, but its doesnt have much to do with cgi- form to mail scripts, but it can be done with an extra program...so any1 know any good personal mail servers that can interact with forms on a webpage? it's hard to explain, but im sure the pro's will know what im talking about.

Mercury is the best free mail server alailable. http://www.pmail.com
Don't interface with web, but has a "mail drop" facility (messages you put in some directory are send out).
