I tried to submit a script, did everything right (as far as I know), and got the following error message:

Error: Invalid Recipient
Invalid Recipient. An attempt has been made to send a message to unauthorized recipients.
This is a Anti-spam and Security fix provided by Parameshwar Babu (babuWeb@mailvalley.com).

The error occurred at http://javascript.internet.com/cgi-bin/formmail_captcha.cgi, but this is clearly not the usual Captcha-Gotchya problem. Furthermore, there appears to be not much I can do about it, as I don't control who the message I create actually gets sent to.
