Flash video controls not showing up

I have a movie on my webpage that was exported from flash as a pair of swf.'s and an flv. file. The movie plays fine except that the video controls that I added in flash are not showing up.

All the video files are located in the same folder on my godaddy server so it shouldn't be a matter of finding the files. Here is the page with the problem-
