Looking to add a subtotal for a ordering form

I am trying to get a subtotal on an online ordering form. WHen you select items the script will either (a) automatically change the price of all the items selected, or (b) you can click something to get the subtotal.

Also I want to change the form, right now I have it set with 4 drinks, and 4 food orders. But I would prefer it to allow them to choose what they what and how many of the items with out all 4 drink orders and 4 food orders being displayed.
