Premium Video Hosting (aka a premium youtube)?

I'd like to find a video site like youtube where the user can upload videos, have them processed and be embedable like youtube videos. This is for an ecommerce site and youtube has been running too slow to properly stream our videos as well as displaying ads (of our competitors no less). I'd just host the videos ourselves but don't want to eat up our bandwidth and the employees here want it to be as easy to use as youtube (upload and move on).
Anyone have any ideas?

of course you'll need your own server... but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for... So don't expect "Premium" service from a free site.
