CGI and free web space

I need to know if anyone knows of a site that offers a reasonable amount of web space for free, and they also allow me to access their CGI script so I can have a form on my site.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

http://www.netfirms.com has been very solid for me. I've run both YABB and now Moveable Type there without a hitch. They do a top page banner, mainly advertising themselves, but no popups like hypermart.net, another one I used a few years ago until the ads became too onerous.

also, here is a giant list of free hosts.. some have catches, but usually you can find a good host in there.
