Help re chatrooms that use html

I wonder if anyone can tell me a way to log someone out a public html chatroom that is causing offence ??

I use a site that is not monitored by a host etc and is suffering from lots of abusive users.

Any advise would be great.

You say you use the site. Then you are saying that it is not your site.
The only thing that I can think of at the moment is to advise the webmaster to add a e-mail link so anyone can inform him, but what he does is another matter.

If you can't take the heat, find another forum.
