Protecting html and javascript w/o encryption

hi all,

i would like to protect my html/jscript code without encrytion
cos, my code contain chinese char, that (i guess) make encryption doesnt work for my code.

is there any tool can mess up the code (eg. make it become LONG string) and replace variable names with some meaningless string?
