Mac IE pop-up border

pardon my newbieness, but I have toiled away, and have found no solution to remove the annoying border that appears in Mac IE for my pop-ups. I'm currently using a javascript. Anyone have any suggestions that can afford me control over the window size and what not, and get rid of that darn padding?
