IMHO: Do it manually. There are only about 6 or 7 that are worth worrying about.

Google is the biggest one that you need to worry about, and it should automatically index your pages, expecially if you built them correctly, and if the site is linked to externally. My personal site was indexed in less than a week after I released it.
