I'm creating a website, and i need some way to create a submenu below my normal menu, the sub menu is going to be in an different row and cell in the table. I asked my teacher about it and he said that he thought that it'd be easiest using layers, but the problem is I have know clue how to code in layers. Any suggestions would be appreciated, even if it is a way to do this without using layers.
Thanks:cool:

when i said that "I don't know how to code in layers" i meant I have no clue what layers are and I want to learn how to use them
