Something is changing links in Google

I've got something on my computer that keeps changing the links on Google searches to some spam site. Any idea what it might be?

That is usually a case of browser hijacking. If you're on internet explorer, take a look at the installed bho's (browser helper objects), that is usually where they like hide. For other browsers checkout the addons.
However, if you have a browser hijacker you may have other items installed too. So i'd recommend running a good anti-malware app like avast and ad-aware.
