After Effects Plugins?

Does anyone know where I can get the following After Effects plugins? I downloaded the CS3 trial version but I guess they don't come with it and I need them for a project.

I know you can buy them but I don't think I'll be using AE past the 30 day trial.

CC Light Sweep

Thanks.....I read the demo version leaves green x's on whatever project you are working on. That sucks like an egg...How does Adobe expect you to buy software if you can't even try out the plugins....
