Can anyone help me please? I am trying to set up a site search for my own site. I have downloaded the Javascript (printed below). All works except the search results page opens up in it's own window and not in my frameset. I have tried to place a "force frames" line into the site results page but it doesn't like it and returns me errors. Am I putting in in the wrong place or is there anything else I can do? I place the force frames line in the Head section.

Hi!

Where or if you put some force frames is of no relevance in your example. It is the javascript which opens the new window.

To get around that you can use this to play with:

If the search produced a link and you click on it, the respective page will be displayed in a new window. If you want to avoid that (page has to be opened in the frame, the search results are displayed in), please do the following - find the line:
line = "<tr><td><a href='"+link+"' target=\"_blank\">"+item[which][2]+"</a>
and delete target=\"_blank\"
