SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT BOONEX DOLPHIN

1.I would like who people can register but that administrators can approve the registration. I would like that people doesn’t see users, content, pictures before my approval. I would like to build a private social network.
2.I installed this translation:

but it is not completed, do you know a better solution? I installed chat plugin as well, how can I translate it? (Chat Home = Chat Home, Rules = Regole, Moderators = Moderatori)
3.Can I remove acceptation function? I would like that each user can see other users without friendship request.
4.What module I must install to permit users to upload new pictures of their own profile?
