i need a web host with php support. the host must b free, as i am just fooling around 4 now and am not looking 2 spend nething. if nebody knows of a good host that i can use, plz let me no. i would also prefer that the host have no banners or popup ads.

Try looking at http://www.free-php-hosting.com/. I'm not a big fan of free hosting companies, but you might find what you are looking for.
