N6200A-r2.1 problem

Hi! My friend gave me an 8x Agp vid card N6200A-R2.1 is the number on the front of card. Now the problem I am having is simple, I install the card, and absolutley nothing happens. No bios screen, no beeps, nadda. Why is that?

I'm running an MS-6309 Motherboard.
512 PC133 Ram.
30 gig HD
700 P3.
Agp up to 4x.

I am thinking its a power issue, but I am unsure. Any help or ideas are appreciated.
