how do i create a poll that when a user submits it puts their choice into a chart, and shows the chart?

Do you want a script or do you want to learn to make one? If you just want a script try looking at http://cgi.resourceindex.com/. If you want to learn then you first need to pick a language. Probably either Perl or PHP.
