Hi,Anyone please tell me than how can i check the exact competation of any keyword .I am using adword tool to find keyword and competation is their any other way.Is this right method for find competation for any keyword?

You may use google keyword tools.I think its appropriate.

If you use that I suggest to install SEO Quake plugin for firefox, it will fill in all missing information.
