cms integrated into my own php template

i have a website design i have created and loved but now i need to try and intergrate it into a cms so other people from my team can edit the website
what is the best cms for this kind of thing?

IMHO
from easiest to implement and least customizable to hardest to implement and most customizable:

1. WordPress
2. Joomla
3. Drupal
4. DIY CMS

First three are all open-source and PHP/MySQL based.
