I am looking for a tiny OS... something that could fit onto a floppy ideally.

The best I have found (and like) so far is LuPu, which is 127MB. If anyone here was around back in the day, let me know what you used.

The requirements are this:
1) It can save a file, minimum of 1 file. I just want 1 file, ASCII only.
2) No graphics/networking/sound. When it boots it will open my file and put the cursor where I left off.
3) Fits on a floppy.
4) I would prefer to not use something extremely archaic like edlin. But that's fine.
5) Ideally there would be no more commands than this:
(save, restart, shutdown)

For bonus points:
It has a customizable ASCII art intro when the bootstrap/magic or whatever is doing its thing.

Anyone know?
