Wordpress site doesn't get indexed?

Guy, I have a trouble getting this Wordpress site indexed.
My privacy is set for search engines to crawl.

I am surprised, as I have number of WP sites that get indexed within a few hours.
This one that I am transferring for my employer to wordpress (yes, learning) has been up for a few days and doesn't get indexed.

I have 50 backlinks, i pinged the site, i submited to SEs, submitter RSS) - no luck!

Could you please check in the "View source code" what can be the issue? I am not HTML/Php literate :-)

You did not say whicn site you are referring to...

Last time this happened to me the issue rooted with improperly formatted sitemap.xml file (or absense of such), not the actual page source code. If you have an account with google and have the site set up within webmaster tools you can check there - there is a tool that validates your sitemap.xml file there. Either way, I would recommend to check sitemap.xml first.
