Removal of my name associate with custom scripts

I created the "Color Wheel" script (http://javascript.internet.com/image-effects/color-wheel.html), and would like to have my name removed from the credits in the script. Can you do this? You can leave the script posted. It's just pointless to leave myself credited with it, especially with a defunct e-mail and web address.
