I was wondering if anybody could give me advice on something.....So we are a group of hotels and when guests make reservations we ask if they want to opt in to receive our emails.
Lately, we've had people who receive promos and are reporting it to our email newsletter service our abuse so we keep getting suspended :mad:. I mean technically they are opting in...I am not sure how to fix that. Anyone ever had the same problem?
