Help me create pop up windows for my thumbnails images

I designed my website using Frontpage 2002. My webpage contains frames, with links to the pages in the left side frame and the main page on the right. I have created pages which contain thumbnail image galleries. When clicking on an image thumbnail it opens a new page in place of the main page which contains the enlarged image in the top left corner surrounded by a white background. what i would like is for a new window to pop up which is the exact size of the enlarged image so that the main thumbnail gallery page remains in the frame. I would greatly appreciate your help with this.
