Building an E-Commerce Site

Hi Guys

A friend has asked me to create him a simple e-commerce site that allows people to be able tp buy products off his website we have PHP an MYSQL on the Server, What I am after is someone to help me create the shopping cart part of the site, because its only a small site and we are just starting off we don't want to accept credit cards, We want an offline payment feature that sends the order to the person of the site and then they ring the customer about how they would like to pay.

I have used the Free OsCommerce but I don't like their layouts.

Can you guys please help.

Coming on a forums and asking someone to create a shopping cart is a bit overboard, do you think? We can help with specific questions, but this forums is not hear for people to get free contract programming.
