For example, if someone includes a page of my website in their website using an iframe, will my page "get" some of their pagerank? Will this count more/less than links?

Let me reword the question. If http://example.com is placed inside an iframe which is inside http://foo.com, will http://example.com get PageRank from http://foo.com?
