There is one made in PHP here (http://www.infinitypages.com/temp/guestbook.php) that you might like(from Pyro), but I do believe he is making a better one that should be released soon if you want to wait...

Correct. Just finished it up, and it is much better than the old version, if I do say so myself. :)
