Alexa rank but not submitted

I got a basic question: my site is ranked by Alexa (albeit a low rank) but I never submitted my site to alexa. Does this mean I have a good SEO setup?

You don't need to submit yor site to alexa to be ranked. They do this automatically by thei spiders and other aplications.
