Redirect Link for SEO??

I go onto this blog and post a comment, with my name, email address and website URL. When I submit it, I notice that the link to my site has been re-directed.

So:
link: their_domain.com/info&12345
redirect to: my_domain.com (My link)

Will google bot see my link? Or does it just see
their_domain.com/info&12345

I think the google will see the their_domain.com/info&12345 , this is the way they put redirect, to have less links to external pages.
