Downloadable glossary of web terms?

Does anyone know where I might be able to download a comprehensive glossary of web development terms. Ideally I would need a table of tab delimited terms in the form <KEYWORD> <KEYWORD DESCRIPTION> that I could import into MS Access in order that I might run a number of live queries on this table.

Hey, I'm not sure if I've quite grasped what you're on about but if you're loking for quick terms and meanings try this site:
webopedia.com, not sure if that's the exact address but it is very similar.
