E-mailing a form

I am designing a form that needs to have certain fields sent ANONYMOUSLY through e-mail, but without opening the e-mail client. Does anyone know how to do this?? I cannot figure it out...Thanks

The easiet way is probably if your hosting servers have support for php then it can be piece of cake...??
