Hi
I'm building a site that will require paid registration to use some of the features.
One payment method that works great is paypal but I would like another that just process credit cards. I don't need a shopping card becasue it's one fixed price. Anyone can recomed a good service that is reliable and too not expansive.

who can't recommend one specifically, but there are many affordable merchant accounts out there. pricing is relatively low. It's anybodys guest who's or bad, might not be the same for you.

PayPal is probably the cheapest provider out there in terms of fees...its the cheapest one I've found, and I've investigated a half a dozen or so.

I 2nd paypal. Low hassle + Brand name trust + low rates = win.

Yeah, I second the brand name trust thing....while their APIs and Sandbox features aren't necessarily the simplest to use I would go with PayPal over a small brand absolutely any day because you know PayPal's got the history and the experience in the industry so that it's technology works well, and, like svidgen said, can be trusted by you and your users.
