domain redirect ranking

hello,
i have a website that is well referenced in google but the hosting is slow.
I would like to redirect this site to another address and cancel the original hosting. My question is, if i do this, will i lose the ranking i had in google?

Maybe if you do redirect 301 from the first address to the new address the site will lose less ranking .
The fact is the new address loses the back links of the old address.
