Events have conspired to suppress progressive voices in America, so now we are fighting back. If people in Egypt can win their freedom from an oppressive dictator, we believe we can win our freedom from the plutocracy that has bought and paid for our Congress. But we need your help.
I am a web developer and started the site, http://planamerica.org. We need about 5 seasoned developers who understand that issues like net neutrality and repeal of the Patriot Act ore only the first step to restoring America and the middle class. A second site will follow on to the PLAN website that will be focused on building an alternative to corporate media. NewStand Media (http://newstandmediaonline.com) will serve as the backbone for a network of many media market affiliates. This website will incorporate both on-demand and live-streaming video.
Please help us put our skills to work rescuing America from a slow decline into irrelevance. We need you.
