Hi,
On my news website, say I am commenting about a news that I like on another website.
As far as publishing the photo from that other site, is it enough to publish that photo by crediting the orignial site or the owner, OR, do I need to get permission everytime that I publish photo from other? How do people go about this? I have no problem of asking permission however, it slows everything down, I dont know when I am going to get answer and this puts the posting out of sequence and makes to write that post impracticle.
What is the usual practice or can anyone refer me to a law or decision or example etc...? (I am also searching that but wanted to ask here anyway)
