Excel SpreadSheets and Graphs

Does anyone know if there is someway i can create an excel spreadsheet and create graphs from it?

I would like it too be done - i know there is a "object" of sorts that can do the spreadsheet, but if you know of any web side way of doing it - it would be appreciated...
