What information do I present a potential client of my web development company to sell them on the fact that they should choose me over another company?

After sending a link to my website, what else can I offer them to prove my worth? Also, what are some good "deals" to make to sweeten the deal?

actually, your site should contain enough info + portfolio projects of your on/offline work.
everything that you can offer as a service.
if you can show off a little bit if you have a script/program that has received awards.
that might help.
