Drop down menu does not show arrow for submenu

When creating submenus, the little arrow appears as a red X
The onMouseover works fine and the submenu items appear but going to the next item in the dropdown menu brings back the red X (similar to a jpeg image not found). Could it be that the Verdana charachter set does not support it?
Help!

You probably just have your img src set wrong...

There is no image source. The menu is is just plain text.
Look at www.datossys.com under the Products menu.

I went back to the place where I downloaded the file. I did notice that the arrows were put in the .js file and not in my htnl file. That should fix my problem. thanks for steering me in the right direction.
