How can i take a picture and have it come in three part and come together to make the picture?

First of all, you do mean on a web page, right?

Do you want it to happen when you klick a button?

Or do you want it to be like an animation thats going on all the time?

I think you are looking for an image slicer program. Just search goolge for 'image slicer'. There are quite a few results.

Just make an animation in image ready and put it int a script that will load it when you want it to load
